Charming residence classified furnished with 4 star tourism, 257 m² with beautiful secured, covered and heated swimming pool. On a very large plot of 6500m2 at the exit of the village of La Bruguière, beautiful unobstructed view of the countryside, calm.
The large swimming pool 13x6m is covered and heated by a powerful heat pump from mai until october, but as soon as the hot weather arrives we turn off the heating and the retractable shelter is tidied up. A staircase in the corner and a shallow coping of 6m x 1m20 to play or relax. The swimming pool, pool house and beach area is completely fenced with a lockable gate.
